Chickadee’s – Young Two’s

Nicki Keys is thrilled to be teaching the Chickadees this year and to be returning to a cooperative community. She is a former teacher of Inman Park Cooperative Preschool, after which she spent a year as a nanny in Ansley Park. Working as a nanny, Nicki realized how refreshing (and important) it is for families to be involved in their children’s daily activities. Not only do children thrive in an environment where they feel supported by the adults in their lives—but how lovely to have the opportunity to be a part of your child’s trials and triumphs in and outside of the home!

Nicki has dedicated her career (in whatever shape it takes at any given time) to helping young people find their places in their communities. Along with teaching the Chickadees, she stands as Owner/Director of Roots Atlanta, an after school program aimed at encouraging awareness, involvement, kindness and FUN!

Nicki is honored to be a part of this wonderful transition in first-time-school-goers’ lives. She will work hard to make the step an easy and exciting one, and ensures families that their children will be treated with respect, patience and kindness!

Chickadees, here we go!
